Published: January 23, 2016
Allnigeriasoccer.com understands that Nigeria youth international Musa Yahaya will not make his competitive debut for Portuguese club Portimonense on Saturday when they take on Desportivo Aves due to missing paperwork.
Since the announcement of his signing by the Segunda Liga side, the attacking midfielder has been left of the squad for games with Porto II and Academico Viseu in the league, as his International Transfer Certificate has not been sent by the Nigerian Federation.
The 18-year-old Yahaya was given a run-out against Wolfsburg in a friendly on January 13, lasting 45 minutes on the pitch in the game staged in Lagos.
He is being put through his paces by the Portimonense coaches in anticipation of his debut for the club.
