Super Eagles Rising Star Aminu Hails Fantastic Omeruo After Personal Duel

Osmanlıspor striker Umar Aminu has admitted that he ended up second best to Kenneth Omeruo when he faced the Super Eagles defender in Monday’s Turkish Super Lig clash between his team and KasımpaÅ�a.
Both teams could not be separated at the end, with the scoreboard reading 1-1, but the Super Eagles defender won the individual contest against Aminu after he prevented him from scoring his seventh goal of the season.
“Omeruo is a fantastic defender. When I say fantastic, it covers every aspect you are thinking of. Of course, he gave me a hard time, ”said Umar Aminu to allnigeriasoccer.com.
“He has all the qualities of a good defender. He is fast, confident and technical.”
The Super Eagles rising star has confirmed that he will be available for the national team’s upcoming friendlies against Mali and Luxembourg.
