Nigerian Exports : Onyinye Ndidi Nets Third Goal; Ofere On Target; Adeniji Fires Blanks;Igboun Absent; Ezekiel Makes Late Cameo Catch up on the performances of players of Nigerian descent in Europe on Friday.

Ex-Nigeria U20 international Onyinye Ndidi scored his third goal of the season in Racing Genk’s 2-0 win against Zulte-Waregem  in the Belgian Pro League playoffs. The defensive midfielder registered his name on the score sheet in the 63rd minute and played the full game.

In the Scottish Premiership, already relegated Dundee United beat Inverness CT 3-2 at the Tulloch Caledonian Stadium, with Edward Ofere lasting the distance for the visitors. The former Swedish-based striker put Dundee United 3-0 up in the 55th minute.

Ikenna Paul Hillary watched proceedings from the bench as Skalica lost 1-0 to Zilina in the Slovakian Fortuna League. The Nigeria international has five appearances to his name in the top-flight this term.

Over to Russian Premier League, Super Eagle Sylvester Igboun did not feature for Ufa in their 1-0 loss to Krylya Sovetov Samara, while Henty Ezekiel played the last three minutes of Lokomotiv Moscow’s 2-1 loss at Rostov.

Finally, in the Bulgarian top division, Nigeria international striker  Tunde Adeniji hopped off the bench 14 minutes from time in Levski Sofia’s 1-0 win away to Montana. He is yet to open his account for the capital side since competing his move from Sunshine Stars.
