Official : Boreham Wood Obtain Signature Of Ex-Nigeria U23s Star Danny Uchechi

Vanarama National League club Boreham Wood have completed the signing of former Nigeria U23 international Danny Uchechi on a one-year deal.

The 26-year-old has been offered a contract by The Wood after impressing coach Luke Garrard in trial games against Brentford, Reading and Peterborough.

Uchechi began his career in the United Kingdom with the youth team of Charlton Athletic before taking in stops at West Ham United, Leicester City, Sheffield Wednesday and Aberdeen.

The attacker has played in Sweden with AFC United and Dalkurd  .

Former Everton and Boro hero Yakubu Aiyegbeni has been linked with a possible move to Boreham Wood this summer.
