Official : Vitoria Win Race For Nigerian Midfielder Mikel

Per a statement on their official website, Vitória Setúbal have announced the signing of Dream Team VI trainee Mikel Agu.
The central midfielder was linked with possible moves to at least six teams in Portugal before he decided to join the Estádio do Bonfim outfit on a season-long loan from Porto.
“It is a day of immense happiness. Long time waiting for this day, ” Mikel told Vitória Setúbal’s official website.
“ I appreciate the confidence placed in me and I will do everything so that those responsible are satisfied with my performance. I will give everything for this shirt.”
The BJ Foundation product, who has been in Portugal since 2009, spent last season on loan at Club Brugge.
