Super Eagles Coach Visits Watford Star Odion Ighalo In UK
Published: October 27, 2016
Allnigeriasoccer.com understands that Super Eagles Technical Adviser, Genort Rohr, visited Watford striker Odion Ighalo in London this week.
The German manager has been in the United Kingdom to hold talks with some of the players he plans to call up for the World Cup qualifier with Algeria and the higher-ups at their respective clubs.
It is known that Ighalo was considered for the World Cup qualifier against Zambia but was not included in the 23-man roster announced because he was excused to enable him to pay his last respects to his late dad.
But the Hornets star is still in the plans of Genort Rohr nonetheless, and is expected to be recalled for the big clash with Algeria in about two weeks time.
Rohr has already held talks with skipper Obi Mikel plus Arsenal and Chelsea chiefs.
