Toronto FC Striker Akinola,Who Is Eligible For Nigeria & Canada, Training With United States

The prolific American-born striker Ayo Akinola is set to add to his international caps for the United States U17 squad.
The Toronto FC youth-teamer was named to John Hackworth’s roster ahead of the United States international friendly games against Honduras.
Of the 26 players included on the roster , five are strikers, including Ayo Akinola, who is one of the biggest stars in the team.
The 17-year-old scored four goals during the 2016 NIKE International Friendlies Tournament in games against Brazil, Portugal and Turkey.
The highly-rated teenager is eligible to play for the senior teams of Canada and Nigeria as well as the United States.
