Published: May 28, 2017
Nigeria international goalkeeper Austin Ejide has agreed a three-year deal with newly promoted Israeli Liga Leumit outfit Hapoel Hadera.
The former Gabros International star disappeared from the radar after he departed Hapoel Beer Sheva at the end of the 2014-2015 season.
Regarded as one of the best goalkeepers to play in Israel, Ejide has also represented Hapoel Petah Tikva, and lists SC Bastia and étoile Sportive du Sahel among his former clubs.
He was selected to represent Nigeria at three World Cups but was not in action in any of their matches.
Hapoel Hadera are returning to the second tier after a twenty-year absence.
