Published: September 13, 2017
Nigeria international Victor Moses did not train with Chelsea's first team on Wednesday, September 13.
According to Chelsea insider CarefreeYouth Moses and other first-teamers were given the day off to enable them recharge their batteries after Tuesday's impressive 6-0 win over Qarabag.
The Blues will resume training on Thursday as they aim to step up their preparations for the visit of Arsenal to Stamford Bridge on Sunday.
Victor Moses became a fixture in Chelsea's starting eleven and not an option from the bench after they were humiliated 3-0 by the Gunners a year ago.
The 26-year-old was not involved against the Azerbaijani opponents because manager Antonio Conte opted to rotate his squad, with an eye on the game against the Emirates outfit.
Chelsea have garnered nine points from a possible twelve after four rounds in the English top-flight.
