Aguero Ready For Rematch With Nigeria Rivals Ndidi, Iheanacho On Saturday
Published: November 16, 2017
Manchester City striker Sergio Aguero has declared himself fit for the Premier League clash against Leicester City on Saturday, November 18.
It would be recalled that he could not play the second half in Tuesday's friendly against Nigeria after fainting in the Argentina dressing room and had to be taken to the hospital for examination.
Writing on Twitter, Aguero said he's well : ''All the tests they run on me – just for caution – turn out well, so I'm set to go for Saturday's match. C'mon, City!!''
If Aguero is cleared to play by Manchester City medics, the number ten could be on the King Power Stadium turf with Wilfred Ndidi, Kelechi Iheanacho and Ahmed Musa, who all featured in the 4-2 win over the South Americans.
The 29-year-old tallied his 36th international goal in the first half of the friendly with the Super Eagles.
After 11 rounds, Aguero is the joint-leading scorer in the Premier League with eight goals.
