Ex-Flying Eagles invitee, Freddie Ladapo put in a masterclass with his double in Crystal Palace U23s 4-0 walloping of Bristol City U23s in the Professional Development League on Monday afternoon.
The striker netted in the 62nd minute to establish a 3-0 lead before sealing the comprehensive win with his second 14 minutes from time, after Levi Lumeka had dispatched twice to have the young Hornets cruising.
In another fixture, young Nigerian sensation, Aramide Oteh equally bagged a brace for QPR U23s in their 2-2 draw with Watford U23s.
The 19-year old opened the scoring from the spot eighteen minutes in before popping up with an equaliser in the 57th minute to salvage a share of spoils for the young Rangers.
Goals from the opposition's Alex Jakuviac and Michael Folivi had threatened to soil his impressive outing.
With their win over Bristol City, Ladapo's Crystal Palace remain at the top of the Southern section of the Professional Development League.
