Top 30 Rated African Stars At World Cup: Moses, Iwobi, Mikel, Ndidi, Ighalo Picked

Ahead of the 2018 World Cup, EA Sports have revealed CAF Top 30 Fifa 18 World Cup ratings, with five players certain to be named to Nigeria's World Cup roster, barring injury, making the cut.
The Super Eagles players selected in the top thirty are Leicester City midfielder Wilfred Ndidi, Chelsea wing-back Victor Moses, Arsenal winger Alex Iwobi, Changchun Yatai striker Odion Ighalo and Tianjin Teda's John Obi Mikel.
Mohamed Salah (Egypt, 88), Medhi Benatia (Morocco, 85), Kalidou Koulibaly (Senegal, 84), Sadio Mané (Senegal, 84) and Hakim Ziyech (Morocco, 81) are the top five African stars in that order.
Victor Moses is regarded by EA sports as Nigeria's best player heading into the tournament in Russia with an overall rating of 80, his pace and dribbling stats are impressive, 83 and 81 respectively, while his weaknesses are shooting (70) and passing (72).
With an overall rating of 79, Ndidi is Nigeria's second best player and his strengths are his physical (84) and defensive (80) abilities but he scored low in shooting and passing.
Super Eagles captain John Obi Mikel will be disappointed with his 55 pace rating, the midfielder's physical rating at 80 stand out. His overall rating is 77.
Iwobi and Ighalo both have an overall rating of 76 and their main attributes are pace and dribbling.
