Super Eagles Camp Update: Two More Players Arrive, Three Missing
Published: May 23, 2018Two more invited Super Eagles stars have arrived at Le Meridien Ibom Hotel & Golf Resort, bringing the total number of players in camp to twenty-seven.
Nigeria manager Gernot Rohr will be able to count on Leicester City striker Ahmed Musa and Bursaspor defender Abdullahi Shehu for tomorrow's training session on grass after they reported for international duty on Wednesday.
There were seventeen players that worked with the German this morning during the training session at Godswill Akpabio International Stadium : Ikechukwu Ezenwa, Daniel Akpeyi, Francis Uzoho, Dele Ajiboye, William Troost-Ekong, Ola Aina, Elderson Echiejile, Tyronne Ebuehi, Stephen Eze,
Junior Lokosa, Eddy Onazi, Kenneth Omeruo, Wilfred Ndidi, Kelechi Iheanacho, Alex Iwobi, Chidozie Awaziem and Oghenekaro Etebo.
Odion Ighalo, Brian Idowu, Simeon Tochukwu Nwankwo, Leon Balogun, Uche Agbo, Joel Obi, Mikel Agu and Moses Simon were part of the indoor training session held at the hotel premises this evening.
The three players left to join the team in Uyo are captain Obi Mikel, Victor Moses and John Ogu, who is arriving from Israel after playing for Hapoel Beer Sheva just two days ago.
