First-year scholars Jordan Aina and Faustino Anjorin, and England U19 star Tariq Uwakwe have been registered by the Blues for the competition but the trio were left out of the 18-man match day squad by manager Joe Edwards.
Hat-tricks from Daishawn Redan and Billy Gilmour, a brace from Charlie Brown, a McEachran goal and an Anders Iversen own goal helped Chelsea to a comprehensive win, while Anders Iversen netted a consolation for the visitors in the 72nd minute.
Chelsea's 10-1 win is the second biggest home win in UEFA Youth League history, behind Real Madrid's 10-0 hammering of APOEL in last season's group stage.
The London club have now totaled 119 goals in the UYL, one less than the top scoring team Real Madrid (120).
With 12 goals each, Tammy Abraham and Dominic Solanke are the players of Nigerian descent with the most goals in the UEFA Youth League while Super Eagles defender Ola Aina made the most appearances with 20 games under his belt became he became ineligible.
