Arsenal youth team free-kick expert, Malcolm Ebiowei is gearing up to join the Nigeria U17 National Team at their get-together in Abuja ahead of the 2019 FIFA U17 World Cup.

The attacking midfielder's transition to Arsenal U18 team is expected to come naturally as he has been impressing for Arsenal U16s team in the new season.

According to Daily Cannon, Arsenal U16s beat their West Ham counterparts 3-1 on Saturday with Ebiowei scoring for the second game in a row.

Last weekend, the 2003-born player was involved in four goals (1 goal and 3 assists) as Arsenal U16s hammered Aston Villa 5-0.

He is one of the foreign-based players invited to train with the Golden Eaglets, with a view to his inclusion in the 21-man squad list for the World Cup in Brazil.

Ebiowei is so highly thought of by the English Football Association and Royal Dutch Football Association, and has earned caps for the two European nations at youth level.
