Norwich City Striker Pledges International Future To Nigeria Over Belgium And England
Allnigeriasoccer.com understands that Norwich City striker Tyrese Omotoye fancies his chances of earning a call-up to the Nigeria National Team after pledging his international future to the three-time African champions.

The Royal Belgian Football Association (RBFA) had made the first step to secure the services of the promising attacker back in November 2017 when he was called up for a pair of friendlies against Portugal and Ukraine.

Omotoye, who is also eligible to represent England, is willing to train with the Golden Eaglets ahead of the U17 World Cup.

The 16-year-old was born in Belgium to Nigerian parents but was raised in the United Kingdom.

He was playing for non-league club Cray Wanderers before he was snapped up by Norwich City, with whom he signed a scholarship in July 2019.

Since making his debut in the U18 Premier League, Omotoye has registered his name on the scoresheet three times and has a couple of assists to his name.
