Nigerian Striker Likened To Tammy Abraham Ready To Join Chelsea As Norwegian Club Accept Bid
Promising striker Bryan Fiabema is set to become the latest player of Nigerian descent to represent Chelsea.

According to Norwegian newspaper tromso, Tromso have accepted a six million NOK bid (approximately 600,000 euros) from Chelsea for one of the exciting young strikers in the Norwegian Tippeligaen.

Although a club-to-club agreement has been reached, allnigeriasoccer.com has been informed that the Norwegian-Nigerian has yet to sign on the dotted line.

In a recent interview with this website, Fiabema's agent, Imad El Hammichi revealed that Chelsea were keeping tabs on the highly-rated teenager before he traveled to the English capital last week to undergo trials with the Premier League side.

A physical and pacy striker, the 16-year-old has drawn comparisons to Tammy Abraham, who is Chelsea's leading scorer this season with 13 goals in 24 games.

Fiabema became the youngest player of Nigerian descent to debut in the Norwegian Tippeligaen when he made his league debut for Tromso against  FK Haugesund on July 14, 2019 aged 16 years, 4 months and 28 days, beating the previous record held by ex-Lillestrom striker Ohi Omoijuanfo (16 years, 9 months and 28 days).
