Confirmed : 20-Goal Nigerian Striker Completes Move To KV Kortrijk
Free-scoring Nigerian striker Terem Moffi has completed a transfer to KV Kortrijk, the official website of the Belgian First Division A team reported Wednesday evening.

The former Golden Eaglets star put himself in the shop window after finishing the 2019 season with 20 goals in 29 league matches for Lithuanian club FK Riteriai.

Moffi is now committed to KV Kortrijk until June 30, 2023 after inking a three-and-a-half-year contract.

The 20-year-old began training with his new teammates at KV Kortrijk on Thursday ahead of the resumption of the league.

For the remainder of the 2019-2020 campaign, he will wear the number 20 jersey used by Larry Azouni last term.

KV Kortrijk, who are 12th in the Belgian First Division A standings after 21 matches, are guests to Sint-Truiden in their first competitive match of 2020 on Saturday, January 18, and Moffi is in line to make his debut in that game.

He links up with former Nigeria U20 international Abdul Ajagun at KV Kortrijk.
