Allnigeriasoccer.com's round-up of Nigerian players who were in action for the respective clubs in the English Premier League on Friday, June 19.

We begin at Carrow Road where relegation candidates Norwich City faced Southampton. It finished 3-0 Southampton thanks to goals from Danny Ings, Stuart Armstrong and Nathan Redmond.

Republic of Ireland U21 international Adam Idah came off the bench in the 80th minute and he was joined on the pitch eight minutes later by Southampton's Nathan Tella.

Today's match was Tella's first competitive appearance for Southampton's first team, three years after joining the club from Arsenal.

At the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, a late penalty converted by Portugal star Bruno Fernandes saw Manchester United claim a share of the spoils against Spurs, who had taken the lead through Steven Bergwijn in the 27th minute.

Former Nigeria international Odion Ighalo entered the game in the 78th minute as a replacement for Anthony Martial.

The Shanghai Shenhua loanee has been involved in the last nine matches played by the Red Devils in all competitions.
