Confirmed : Tottenham Hotspur Academy Product Ekong Joins Watford On Five-Year Deal

With a statement on their official website, English Championship club Watford have announced with pride the signing of Tottenham Hotspur Academy product William Troost-Ekong.
The Nigeria international ha signed a five-year contract, keeping him at the Hornets until at least June 30, 2025.
Troost-Ekong departs Udinese after two years, making 66 appearances in all competitions and was in action for 5,734 minutes.
Prior to joining Spurs youth team, he spent time at the Fulham Academy and also lists Groningen, Dordrecht, KAA Gent, Haugesund and Bursaspor as his previous clubs.
A member of the Super Eagles squads to the 2018 World Cup and the Africa Cup of Nations the following year, Troost-Ekong has earned 42 caps for the national team since his debut.
In his first season at Vicarage Road, he will be wearing the number 5 jersey, same number he wore at Udinese, Bursaspor and FK Haugesund.
He links up with fellow Nigeria international Isaac Success and Olympic Eagles star Tom Dele-Bashiru at Watford.
