Photo : Ex-Nigeria U17 Invitee Delighted To Sign New Contract With Chelsea
Published: February 11, 2021Former Nigeria U17 invitee Prince Adegoke took to social media on Thursday to celebrate signing a new contract with Premier League giants Chelsea.
The highly-rated 2003-born goalkeeper has put pen to paper on his first professional contract, keeping him at Stamford Bridge until at least the end of the 2022-2023 season.
For the sake of clarity, Adegoke inked the professional contract on Thursday, November 5 after he turned seventeen , but without fanfare.
Allnigeriasoccer.com can exclusively report that the photo shoot finally took place today but his family was not allowed to attend the event due to coronavirus restrictions.
Writing on Instagram, Adegoke stated : "I’m Happy To have Sign my Professional Contract @chelseafc I Thank God For Everything💙💙💙".
This website understands that the new agreement between club and player could be upgraded in July 2021 based on his performances.
Adegoke joined Chelsea at U13 level from non-league club Langley FC.
