FA Cup : Southampton hero reckons Tella could cause Leicester City problems at Wembley
Published: April 18, 2021
Former Southampton star Francis Benali reckons Nathan Tella has the quality to cause problems to Leicester City's backline in Sunday evening's Emirates FA Cup clash at Wembley.
Aged 21, Tella has impressed for Southampton in recent weeks so much so that manager Ralph Hasenhuttl continues to give him minutes in the Premier League, with the Arsenal-reared winger involved in all but one of their last eight matches.
Tella's pace and trickery has endeared him to many Southampton fans and the promising winger made a big statement last month when he picked up the Man of the Match accolade in the 2-0 win at Sheffield United.
"There's a little something in my mind thinking there's an opportunity for someone like Nathan Tella, whether it's as a substitute," Benalo told The Mirror.
"His pace could unsettle Leicester and I'd love to see a romantic story outside of the obvious."

Tella has played two matches for Southampton in the FA Cup, coming off the bench in the wins against Wolverhampton Wanderers and Bournemouth, logging eight minutes in total.
