Published: January 31, 2022
Through a press release published on their official website, Italian Serie B club Reggina 1914 have announced that they reached an agreement with SSC Napoli for the temporary transfer of Italian-born Nigeria midfielder Michael Folorunsho.
The agreement between the two clubs will keep the 23-year-old at The Amaranth until June 30, 2022.
Folorunsho has made his fourth loan move since joining Napoli in July 2019 having previously spent time at Bari, Reggina and Pordenone.
He has yet to make his competitive debut for Napoli due to his frequent loan moves.
Tor Sapienza, Savio and Lazio are the clubs he played for as a youth before starting of his professional career at Virtus Francavilla, for whom he made 66 appearances, scoring eight goals.
In his first spell at Reggina, he directly participated in nine goals from 32 appearances.
After 20 matches in the second-tier, Reggina occupy the fourteenth position in the standings with 23 points.
