Report from Italy confirms ANS Exclusive 75 days ago : Crystal Palace interested in Chelsea product Aina
Published: May 01, 2022A report from TorinoGranata has confirmed an exclusive story by allnigeriasoccer.com seventy five days ago that Crystal Palace are interested in signing Chelsea academy product Ola Aina.
According to the fresh claim by the Torino dedicated website, Crystal Palace are in pole position to snap up the versatile fullback from Torino, with a fee of 10-12 million euros mooted as his asking price.
The fact that 2019 Nigeria U17 invitee Malcolm Ebiowei is genuinely wanted by Crystal Palace gives credence to the original report by allnigeriasoccer.com.
Both players are managed by Elite Project Group Limited, owned by young United Kingdom-based Nigerian agent Emeka Obasi, who also handles the affairs of another Crystal Palace-linked player Eddie Nketiah.
Aina has Premier League experience under his belt, making 34 appearances combined for Fulham and Chelsea, with three coming in the colours of his boyhood club in their last title-winning season.
The Super Eagles star is back in favour at Torino, having been involved in three of their last four games in the Serie A.
Previously, Aina lost his spot in the starting lineup after returning to Turin following the conclusion of the Africa Cup of Nations, where he was one of the standout players for an under-performing Nigeria team.
