Gent win the race for Man Utd, Dortmund, Feyenoord target Abdullahi; medical booked for Tuesday

Allnigeriasoccer.com understands that Belgian Pro League side KAA Gent are on the verge of announcing the signing of Nigerian wonderkid Ahmed Abdullahi.
The 2014-2015 Belgian topflight champions have pulled off a significant transfer coup by luring him to East Flanders as he was heavily courted by a plethora of European powerhouses.
As exclusively reported by allnigeriasoccer.com one hundred and two days ago, the Flying Eagles striker trialed at Borussia Dortmund, Marseille and Lorient with a view to a transfer.
Premier League giants Manchester United and Manchester City, Dutch Eredivisie side Feyenoord Rotterdam, Wolfsburg and OGC Nice had been keeping tabs on the HB Academy center forward, but they have been dealt a blow in their pursuit of the 18-year-old.
This website previously listed Gent among his admirers and it's The Buffalos who have won the race for his signature, with a medical already booked for Tuesday, August 2, ahead of his unveiling.
Abdullahi will put pen to paper on a five-year contract with Gent should he pass his medical with flying colours tomorrow.
The highly-rated teenager has opted to join Gent over his other suitors because he feels it is the best place for his development.
