Huddersfield Town's Olagunju delighted to make his comeback after 20 months out

Huddersfield Town defender Mustapha Olagunju is delighted to return to action after twenty months on the sidelines.
The Anglo-Nigerian starlet made his comeback from injury as Huddersfield Town B were beaten 1-0 by Fleetwood Town in a Central League game on Tuesday afternoon.
Prior to the game against Fleetwood Town, Olagunju had not figured for the Terriers due to a major knee injury he sustained in July 2021.
The 21-year-old took to the pitch for the last twenty minutes against Fleetwood Town and he came through the game unscathed.
"It was a good 20 minutes out there, it might just be a starting point, but it was good to be back out with the lads," Olagunju said to Huddersfield Town's official website.
"Preparing for today’s game was tough mentally and physically, especially after being out for the last 20 months, but it was good to be back in the game again."
Olagunju revealed that he found out he was going to be involved in some capacity against Fleetwood Town on Monday.
"I knew yesterday that I was going to play today, they told me I would get 10 maybe 15 minutes, so 20 minutes is a really good starting point.
"Maybe next time I’ll play another 20 minutes or I might push up to half an hour, maybe even 45 minutes – I just have to keep my head down and play the game."
Olagunju, who signed his first professional contract at Huddersfield Town in August 2019, made his senior debut in an Emirates FA Cup third round match against Plymouth in January 2021.
