Osimhen flies to Germany ahead of Napoli's Champions League clash against Union Berlin

Victor Osimhen flew to Germany ahead of Napoli's UEFA Champions League clash against Union Berlin at the Olympiastadion Berlin on Tuesday.
Osimhen's presence at the airport sparked rumours that he was going to be physically present to support the Italian champions.
Sky Sport Italia via Italian sports daily Tuttosport has clarified that the Nigeria international left for Germany for personal reasons and will follow the match on TV and then return to Italy.
The plane that took Osimhen to Germany stopped in Frankfurt and from there he headed towards Hanover.
The 24-year-old was not called up for the last match played by Napoli against Hellas Verona after returning from Super Eagles duty with a hamstring injury that could see him sidelined for approximately one month.
As per the report, he is expected to be in the stands to cheer on his teammates on Sunday when Napoli face off with AC Milan in a blockbuster Serie A match at the Diego Maradona Stadium.
Osimhen had just returned to form prior to his spell on the sidelines, scoring in three consecutive matches in the Italian top flight after firing blanks in his previous three.
Napoli are second in Group C of the Champions League on three points, three less than table toppers Real Madrid.
