He was named alongside Liverpool stars, Virgil van Dijk, Trent Alexander Arnold and Ibrahim Konate, Chelsea goalkeeper Robert Sánchez and Arsenal forward Gabriel Jesus.
The Nigeria international was rewarded for his brilliant performance in Fulham's 5-0 victory over Nottingham Forest at Craven Cottage on Wednesday.
Iwobi and his fellow teammate Raúl Jiménez who was also named in the team bagged a brace apiece in the encounter.
His two goals on the day were also his first pair of goals against Nottingham Forest having failed to net in his previous games against them.
With 3 goals scored in the Premier League this season, the Nigeria international is the joint-top-scorer for Marcus Silva's side and has already bettered his goal tally with Everton.
Liverpool and Fulham have the joint-most representatives in the team with 3 players, Luton Town with 2 while Everton, Arsenal and Chelsea have one apiece in the team.
Iwobi and his teammates will be hoping to make it consecutive victories when they face West Ham on Sunday.
