UCHE NWOFOR Doubtful To Face AZ Alkmaar

VVV Venlo forward Uche Nwofor is a major injury worry ahead of this
weekend's clash against AZ Alkmaar in the Dutch championship.
The Nigeria youth - teamer did not complete training on Wednesday following an injury to his left knee, which needed the immediate attention of club medics.
Nwofor told allnigeriasoccer.com: ''I was in contention with a teammate, but it wasn't to my advantage. I missed my balance and fell awkwardly with my knee on the ground. I felt pain and could not walk when it happened.
''I don't know yet if I would be able to play against AZ on Sunday. The team physio will tell me the possibility if I would play or not.''
With three goals in nine matches, 21 - year -old Nwofor is VVV Venlo's top scorer this campaign.
