Juventus Continue Ogbonna Negotiations
Published: June 25, 2013
CEO of Juventus, Giuseppe Marotta is intensifying the push for Nigerian defender Angelo Ogbonna.
The Torino ace has agreed personal terms with the Italian champions but the deal can not be announced until both Turin rivals reach a compromise on the player's valuation.
Tuttosports says Juventus are willing to part with eight million euros plus 50 percent of the ownership rights of highly rated Italy youth - teamer Ciro Immobile to secure the signature of Ogbonna.
But the Torino hierarchy led by Urbano Cairo will not allow their prized jewel leave except Juventus meet the 15 million euros valuation of the defender.
If both clubs finally agree, Angelo Ogbonna is expected to sign a five - year contract, earning 1.8 million euros per season.
