Nigeria Name Dennerby New Super Falcons Coach, Assistant Keeps His Job At Kalmar

The Nigeria Football Federation have confirmed the appointment of Thomas Dennerby as the new coach of the Super Falcons until August 2020, and the agreement has an option to renew on the condition that the Swede meets performance milestones.
Petersson has worked with several top Swedish clubs including Moheda IF, Osters IF, Vaxjo, IFK Varmamo, Malmo FF, Kalmar FF and Linkopings FC, and was assistant coach of the Swedish U23 women team between 2006-2012.
Recently he worked as a scout for Swedish Women's National team at the 2017 European Championship.
Kalmar U19 coach Jörgen Petersson, who has previously managed Malmö and Landskrona BoIS, will assist Thomas Dennerby.
A delighted Petersson told Kalmar's official website he will combine both jobs, ''In my role as assistant coach, work will be focused around the senior team. This means that the job will work well to combine with my current job at Kalmar FF''.
The Nigeria Football Federation had appointed ex-Sweden coach Lars Lagerbäck to coach the Super Eagles at the 2010 World Cup.
