Done Deal: Man Utd Defender Makes Under The Radar Transfer To Premier League Rival
Published: February 01, 2018
Promising Manchester United defender Harry Spratt has made an under the radar transfer to Premier League rivals Huddersfield Town.
Huddersfield Town have informed that Spratt has joined the club on work experience but he is unlikely to return to the Old Trafford outfit at the end of the season.
The left-back started for the Terriers against Crewe Alexandra and Leeds United in the Professional Development League.
Last season, the 18-year-old made nine appearances in total for United in the U18 Premier League, logging 268 minutes and was a non-playing substitute against Leicester City in the Premier League 2.
Spratt made his debut for the U18s while still a schoolboy against Sunderland in October 2015.
Demi Mitchel, Charlie Scott, Axel Tuanzebe, Matty Willock and James Wilson departed Manchester United on loan in the January transfer window while Henrikh Mkhitaryan completed a permanent switch to Arsenal.
