TOTO KNVB Beker after a 2-0 win over FC Volendam at the Kras Stadion on Tuesday night.
Six minutes into the second half, the Tottenham Hotspur Academy product gave PSV the lead as he unleashed a curling left-footed shot from the edge of the penalty area that flew into the top corner of the net.
In doing so, the 18-year-old took his tally for the season to 8 goals in all competitions and he has also bagged the same number of assists.
PSV are still battling on three fronts - Eredivsie, TOTO KNVB Beker and Europa League - and Madueke believes they are capable of winning the three competitions this season.
Speaking to PSV's YouTube page, Madueke said : "Definitely credit to them, they played well. We were pressing them but they were playing through the press quite well.
"We couldn't really get our foot on the ball in the first half, second half was a really bit better but these cup ties the most important is to get a win and go on to the next round.
"We want to win everything to be honest, it's a group that have ambition so for sure like the trainer we want to win. Getting through like this is really important".

Madueke is among the foreign-born youngsters being monitored by Gernot Rohr's scouting team with a view to an invitation to the Super Eagles in the near future.
