Victor Osimhen did not take part in yesterday's game against The Black and Greens because he's not yet in tip-top condition due to the head injury he suffered in the closing minutes against Atalanta on February 21.
The Napoli players were divided into two groups in today's training session with those that started against Sassuolo having a recovery session while the non-starters trained more vigorously.
Providing an update on Osimhen before Sunday's game vs Bologna, Napoli wrote on their official website : "Victor Osimhen spent part of the session with the group and part of it training alone."
Osimhen has to pass concussion protocols before he is cleared by the Italian Federation to return to the pitch.
The former Lille goal poacher has not been selected for nineteen matches played by Napoli this season due to health issues.
