Former Super Eagles invitee urges Osimhen to join Bayern over Chelsea and Man Utd
Published: May 09, 2023
Former Super Eagles invitee, Precious Osasco Omama has advised Napoli's red-hot striker, Victor Osimhen to join Bundesliga giant, Bayern Munich instead of Manchester United, Chelsea and PSG.
Osimhen has been linked with a move away from Naples following his exceptional performance for Napoli in the last 12 months.
Having won the Serie A Best Young Player of the award last season, the Super Eagles forward has stepped up his performances.
This season, Osimhen has helped Napoli end their 33-year wait for the league title scoring by scoring 23 goals and registering five assists.
He is leading the race for the Capocannoniere, the Serie A top scorer award and one of the favourites to win the Serie A Footballer of the Year award.
Precious while answering the question on which of the four clubs (Bayern, Chelsea, Man Utd and Chelsea) Osimhen should head to in the summer told allnigeriasoccer.com said: " I would prefer he goes to Bayern Munich because they have not had a reliable striker since the departure of Robert Lewandowski.
"I would have loved him to join PSG too but it is at Bayern Munich that I feel he can make an immediate impact"
It will be interesting to see whether any of the aforementioned teams will be able to cough out 150 million euros which has been quoted to be Osimhen's price tag.
