Nigeria-eligible forward Samuel Dumbili has committed his future to PSV Eindhoven, signing a new contract just two months after his younger brother left the Dutch Eredivisie giants.
The 1988 European champions confirmed at the end of last season that central defender Nathan Dumbili had departed the club following the expiration of his contract.
Samuel's first professional contract also expired at the end of June, but the promising forward has opted to continue his development at PSV by signing a new deal.
The 18-year-old is now contracted to the Eindhoven club until June 30, 2028.
Samuel joined the PSV Academy at the age of 10 and progressed through the club's youth system.
His steady development was rewarded in 2024 when he signed his first professional contract.
Born on May 19 in Mol, Belgium, the forward has represented the Netherlands at U15, U16, U17 and, since last season, U18 level.
Blessed with pace, technical ability and excellent one-on-one skills, Dumbili is a dangerous winger who consistently troubles defenders and creates problems in wide attacking areas.
The attacker has been training with the club's reserve team, Jong PSV, ahead of the forthcoming season.
