John Chibuike : I Was Considering Whether I Should Go Back To Sweden
Published: July 21, 2013
Earlier this summer confirmed the agent of John Chibuike, Marco Salvatore that clubs in Sweden and Denmark wanted Nigerian midfielder John Chibuike.
Chibuike - who previously had success in BK Hacken - did not get regular playing time in Rosenborg BK in the beginning of the season. Therefore, he sold the apartment.
Fotbolltransfers.com with reference to TV 2 quoted John Chibuike as saying: ''I was ready to go. Then I had to sell. I would not have anything that could keep me in Trondheim. I call it frustration. I was considering whether I should go back to Sweden. I just wanted to go and play anywhere. I was angry and not happy.''
In recent games, John Chibuike has been a huge success and scored a couple of important goals, meaning he still has a future with RBK.
''Sometimes you have to try as hard as possible to succeed. For me, football is something that makes me happy. If I play, I feel happy. If I'm not playing, I'm not happy, '' says the former Enugu Rangers defender.
