Partizani Tirana Leave For Greece Without Udoh, Oshobe
Published: July 26, 2013
30 players and officials of Albanian Super League club Partizani Tirana departed for Greece on Thursday for pre - season training.
Their two Nigerian imports - former Flying Eagles wing back Felix Udoh and midfielder Oladele Oshobe - could not make the trip as the Greece Embassy in Albania was with their international passports.
Felix Udoh, who joined the Super League newcomers in the winter transfer market, has provided an update on the situation of things.
''Right now I am in the Greece embassy to take my visa, so definitely I'll be with the team latest Tuesday next week.
''But Oladele Oshobe has not been that lucky, he was told to provide an extra document by the embassy staff.
''The management of the club told me I should wait for Oladele. In four days time, if the document is not ready, then I have to travel to Greece without him.
''The club worked hard for us to be issued visas because we are important to the team,'' Felix Udoh said to allnigeriasoccer.com.
Both players will exercise with the youth team of Partizani Tirana until they leave for Greece.
