Femi Ajilore To Train With FC Midtjylland
Published: September 04, 2013
FC Midtjylland's previous player Femi Ajilore has since 2008 - except for a return to Brøndby - had been with Dutch Groningen.
Femi's contract expired in the summer and the club refused to renew it because of his huge wages of between 500- 600,000 euros per season.
Bold.dk referencing aoh.dk says the 28 - year - old Nigeria international will start testing with FCM next week.
'' But we need to see his fitness level. Is it still the same Femi, as we remember?
'' He has not played as much this year, but if he still has the spark in the eye and show that he embodies the qualities we remember, we sign the contract with him, '' says Claus Steinlein to aoh.dk.
Femi Ajilore played 20 games last season for Groningen.
He transferred to Groningen for a fee of 25 million Danish kroner (equivalent of 3.35 million euros) .
