Cardiff City Are Stronger Than West Brom - Peter Odemwingie
Published: September 13, 2013
Peter Odemwingie , 32, claims his new club Cardiff City are stronger than West Brom, whom he left in the summer transfer market.
The Nigeria international penned a two - year deal with The Bluebirds just few hours before the window was shut last week.
“I told my wife that from what I see this is a stronger team than West Brom. Without any disrespect to West Brom, that is how I feel.
“I think the club has shown what brought them here were gradual steps.
“They showed a lot of ambition in the window but it took them a couple of years of calculated steps,” Odemwingie stated.
The experienced attacker had been on the radar of Fulham, Stoke City, West Ham and Swansea before completing his move to the Welsh outfit.
Peter Odemwingie is in line to make his debut on Saturday against Sone Aluko's Hull City.
