Haruna, Ideye Feature In Loss To Racing GenkThings have gone from bad to worse for Ukrainian Premier League club Dynamo Kiev.

Not only are the capital club struggling in the championship, with only two wins from their last five games.

On Thursday night, the Kievites lost 1 - 0 at home to Belgian side Racing Genk in their opening match of the Europa League.

Surprisingly, Nigeria international Brown Ideye was preferred in attack ahead of Congo DRC star Dieumerci Mbokani, third highest goalscorer in the UPL with 5 goals in 9 matches.

Also in the starting lineup was another Super Eagles player Lukman Haruna. He was later replaced by manager Oleg Blokhin 10 minutes after Racing Genk scored the match winner.

Dynamo Kiev, who are bottom of Group G, will travel to face Rapid Vienna on October 3.
