Emmanuel Sarki Interested n Playing For Super Eagles
Published: October 19, 2013
Wisla Krakow midfielder Emmanuel Sarki is probably having his best season since he became a professional footballer, with his Polish club yet to be undefeated after 11 matches played in the Premier League.
The 25 - year - old is one of the important pieces in the Wiskla Krakow squad, having featured in all the matches played in the championship.
Emmanuel Sarki, ex Chelsea, Lyn Oslo and Westerlo man, thinks his form in Poland merits him a call-up to the National Team.
“I believe I’m good enough for Super Eagles but it’s not happening for me.
“I’ve played in the youth teams for my country and I believe I should have been promoted to the senior team having shown enough consistency,” Emmanuel Sarki said to nationalmirroronline.net.
While Sarki has not been able to open his Wisla goal account in the league, the former Under 17 international was on target in an exhibition game against Bundesliga campaigners Wolfsburg last weekend.
