Published: July 04, 2014
Given his list of suitors, it is looking likely that Italian - Nigerian forward Stefano Okaka, 24, will be dumping the blue colour of Sampdoria for another team in the ongoing summer transfer market.
The latest team mulling over offering the former Italy youth international a contract are Torino, who have targeted him to bolster their attacking options should they fail to land the signature of Fabio Quagliarella.
Famous Italian sports daily Tuttosport has insisted that the Juventus striker is Torino’s number one priority but the club will turn their attention to other candidates including Stefano Okaka and Duvan Zapata if the transfer fails to materialize.
So far this summer, Stefano Okaka has been mentioned in connection with Galatasaray, Lyon and Schalke 04.
He joined Sampdoria on a two - and - a - half year contract just before the end of this January’s transfer window.
