Exclusive: Akeem Agbetu Reaches Agreement In Principle With Giresunspor

Newly promoted Turkish I Lig club Giresunspor have the intention of strengthening their squad ahead of the resumption of the championship.
Allnigeriasoccer.com can exclusively report that former Nigeria youth international Akeem Agbetu, who played for TavÅ�anlı Linyitspor last season, has reached an agreement in principle with last season’s 2 Lig champions.
The 26 - year - old has given his word that he will pen a one - year contract with Giresunspor when he returns from summer vacation next week.
Should he impress the manager after the expiration of the initial deal, the club will prolong his stay for an extra 12 months.
A product of FC Ebedei, Akeem Agbetu has spent the last six years in Turkey, first representing Kocaelispor before transferring to Sivasspor, Samsunspor, Kar�ıyaka and Boluspor.
