Western Sydney Wanderers Defender Seyi Adeleke Hails Australia International Bernie Ibini-Isei
Published: November 30, 2014
Speaking after Western Sydney Wanderers held Sydney FC to a 1 - 1 draw in the Sydney derby, ex Golden Eaglets striker Seyi Adeleke has showered praise on Australia international Bernie Ibini-Isei, who has Nigerian blood flowing in his veins.
The two- cap Australia national teamer leveled the scoreline for Sydney four minutes after Juric had given the Asian champions the lead on the half - hour mark.
“I tried to talk to Bernie after the game but I could not because he picked up an injury in the second half and could not finish the game.
“The match ended 1 - 1. For me, Bernie is a very quick player and technically good, he scored their only goal,” said Adeleke to allnigeriasoccer.com.
The former Lazio starlet has recorded three appearances in the A - League, and has been booked once.
