Super Eagles Maintain 43rd Position In Fifa Ranking

Football governing body, Fifa, has published today on its official website the latest ranking of national teams.
Compared with their ranking of last month, the Super Eagles maintained the 43rd position globally while in the continental ranking , the African champions are ninth.
Algeria, Tunisia, Ivory Coast, Senegal and Ghana are the best 5 teams in Africa, according to the ranking released.
Sudan, who will clash with the Eagles later this month in Abu Dhabi, UAE, occupy the 108th position.
The finalists at the 2014 World Cup - Germany and Argentina - have maintained their positions in the rankings, with Colombia, Belgium and Holland completing the top five countries in the world.
The next ranking will be published by the official website of Fifa, fifa.com on 12th February, 2015.
