Marco Tagbajumi Targets Top - Six Finish And Cup

Marco Tagbajumi has vowed that AEL Limassol will not take their foot off the pedal until they achieve their targets which they set at the beginning of this season.
Tagbajumi, a household name in Cyprus on the back of emerging the top scorer in the top- tier last term, was on target in the 32nd minute as AEL defeated Ayia Napa 3 - 0 on Sunday evening.
“It was a really important win for us. Of course, we needed the win more than ever. We had a little pressure on us, but we went there and made the game easy for us, ” said Marco Tagbajumi to allnigeriasoccer.com.
“We followed the manager’s tactics and in the game we showed a different side of the team; we managed to play really good football and created three goals.
“Our ambitions now is to make the top 6 for the play - offs, and of course we have hopes of winning the Cup this year.
“I strong believe we can go all the way. We have a team with great players and we have the right management who can really push us through. ”
The in - form Italian - Nigerian forward has netted seven goals in all competitions so far this season, with all the goals coming in the month of January and February.
