Michael Ibiyomi Predicts RoPS Will Pay Back HJK Helsinki In Their Own Coin Next Week

Finland powerhouse HJK Helsinki won their first League Cup since 1998, defeating RoPS 2 - 0 in Saturday’s final held at Rovaniemen Keskuskenttä.
Adeniyi Michael Ibiyomi was in action for 90 minutes, but failed to increase his three - goal tally in the competition.
The new signing has stated that RoPS tried to overcome the deficit but the opponents were far superior.
“It is football and sometimes it happens like that, although we conceded a cheap coach in the period of the game.

Speaking ahead of RoPS league opener against HJK Helsinki next Sunday, the Nigerian forward is hopeful his team will pay back the capital outfit in their own coin.
“ Yes, I think we have a good chance to do better this time. Now we know their tactics and we are going to work harder to get a better result this time, ” he concluded.
The 21 - year - old joined RoPS in the winter transfer market after a successful trial.
