Guingamp Striker Desire Oparanozie May Struggle Against Mali
Published: April 08, 2015
Female football expert, Claudio Marcone , has shared his thoughts on the upcoming All Africa Games qualifier between the Super Falcons and their Malian counterparts.
The Italian agent is bothered that French - based striker Desire Oparanozie is not playing at a high level at the Feminine Division I, adding that the standard of Guingamp is far below the top four teams in the division.
“Never forget, that the division 1 in France is only competitive if we speak about teams like Lyon, Paris, Montpellier or Juvisy.
“The game of Nigeria versus Mali might be much higher level than 12-14 season games of Desire during one season in France,” Claudio Marcone told allnigeriasoccer.com.
Desire Oparanozie has netted 11 league goals this season, but hit target only once in the games involving the big four teams named by Marcone.
