Eddy Onazi Eyes Win Against Chievo
Published: April 24, 2015
Eddy Onazi has opined that Lazio will strengthen their chances of finishing in the top three and qualifying for the Champions League if they defeat Chievo Verona on Sunday.
With seven games left to play in the Italian Serie A, The Biancocelesti sit second on the table, level on 58 points with bitter rivals Roma, who have an inferior goal difference.
“The coach always tells us that you have to play all the games as a final, if you want to become a champion.
“So we have to play them all very well if we want to get to the Champions League. For me there is not an easy team in Serie A, just see how Juventus lost against Parma.
“All games are against teams, neither large nor small. So Sunday we must win with anger and determination, by force. ” says Eddy Onazi to Lazio Style Radio.
The Nigeria international has recorded 14 appearances in the Serie A since the start of this season.
